About the Role
The Administrator will work full time (Monday – Friday) in Toowoomba. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts and delivering exceptional customer service
- Processing credit returns, COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions and customer credits accurately in line with company procedures
- Maintaining accurate cash sales records and managing non‑trade purchase orders (POs)
- Coordinating and managing parts backorders, ensuring timely communication and resolution
- Supporting inventory management and parts tracking through internal systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and PCC
- Monitoring orders, stock levels and transactions to ensure accurate records and efficient operations
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to facilitate smooth business operations
- Providing general administrative and operational support to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven administrative work history with demonstrable experience
- Strong focus on teamwork and customer service delivery
- Experience in an administrative position within a fast‑paced environment
- Effective data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work with management and staff to deliver required outcomes
- Effective time management and well‑developed verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative, problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
- Understanding of job workflow and SIP processes
- Qualifications in Business/Office Administration (desirable)
- Experience with advanced MS Office, ERP and AX Business Systems
