Clinical Director of Women’s Health

Mandatory Requirements
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a FRANZCOG
- Current recency in obstetrics and gynaecology clinical practice
- Entitlement to work within Australia
- A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date
- Provision of valid Working with Children Check
- Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
- Availability to participate in an on‑call roster and to respond on site within a 20‑minute timeframe.
- Annual Fetal Surveillance Education (FSEP): Level 3 full course
- Annual Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation (ANR)
- Annual Practical Obstetric Multi‑Qualified Training (PROMPT)
- Alignment with Bayside health values
- Superior interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communication skills
Desirable
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Experience in Clinical and Quality related research activities.
- Experience in teaching and post graduate education
- Demonstrated organisational ability
