O&M; Manager - Solar & BESS

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: $150,000-$200,000 + Super + Bonus

A leading renewable energy engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced O&M; Manager to lead solar PV and BESS operations across Australia. Reporting to the Country Manager , you will oversee O&M; delivery, asset performance, and technical operations, managing a Sydney-based engineering team of three engineers and a wider field workforce of technicians and contractors (20+ people).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solar and BESS O&M; activities across Australia.
- Manage engineering teams, site technicians, contractors, and client relationships.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, asset performance, and optimisation.
- Utilise SCADA systems for monitoring and performance improvement.
- Provide technical leadership across electrical systems and renewable energy assets.




- Support domestic site visits, including regular travel to Victorian assets.

About You

- 5-10 years' experience in solar O&M;, or BESS.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical infrastructure, and SCADA.
- Experience working with European renewable energy companies or clients.
- Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Electrical trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
