Position: Controls Deployment & Service (CDS) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Deployment of data center controls on time, ensuring effective vendor management to minimize defects at the point of Power and Facilities Hand-Off (PFHO).
- Delivery of critical projects to upgrade data center automation.
- Service and support for partner teams, diagnosing and resolving Loss of Visibility (LOV), Loss of Resilience (LOR), Large Scale Event (LSE), Critical Scale Event (CSE), and other operational incidents.
- Resolution of tasks within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Delivery of initiatives to improve the efficiency of data centers or operational procedures.

About the team: The Data Center Capacity Delivery Asia-Pacific Controls Deployment and Service (DCCD APAC CDS) team delivers and services the control systems that monitor and ensure the health of our data centers. APAC CDS supports deployments, projects, service, colo, on‑call support, and management across the region.

Basic Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment or mass production.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains.
