Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls for O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville.
- Assist in customer satisfaction by resolving enquiries on the first call where possible.
- Redirect calls and messages to key staff members.
- Ensure payment and feedback for all newly completed jobs.
- Greet visitors to the office.
- Provide administrative assistance to key internal staff.
- Perform general filing and administrative functions, including data entry.
- Manage stock control,
including ordering and receipting.
- Conduct client customer satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications
- Warm and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone.
- Clear and logical thinker, able to resolve issues effectively.
- Organized, able to multitask and prioritize workload in a team setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Competent in mainstream IT operating systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Job Details
