Employment type – Temporary Full Time (up to 12 months)
Salary – Clerk Grade 9/10 - $133,348 - $146,945 plus superannuation and leave loading
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Learning and Development Officer to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning and assessment programs that support our staff across New South Wales. This role plays a critical part in fostering professional growth, enhancing industry-specific competencies, and developing key behavioural capabilities essential for success in a complex and evolving environment.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, coordinate and deliver learning programs across different settings
- Evaluate and report on program effectiveness
- Manage stakeholder engagement to identify training needs and requirements
- Manage, supervise, support and assess staff learning, using various tools
- Develop, coordinate and implement learning strategies and policies
- Coach and mentor staff to facilitate ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulations
What we’re looking for

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or its successor)
- Relevant qualifications and vocational experience in training delivery areas
- Current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel in the course of performing the role.
