Join our Hospitality & Events Team. Spring Carnival is the most exciting time on the Australian racing calendar — and we’re looking for experienced, high-energy Food & Beverage wait team members to join our casual team.
We want our guests to have a truly great day out. Your role is to deliver exceptional hospitality and service to guests attending functions and events, or dining in our brasseries or a la carte restaurants. It’s big, fast paced and great to be a part of!
Spring Carnival race days
We are offering shifts from August onwards, but you’ll need to be available for at least 5 of the following race days (Saturday day shift):
- Sat 19 Sept – Royal Randwick
- Sat 26 Sept – Rosehill Gardens
- Sat 3 Oct – Royal Randwick
- Sat 10 Oct – Rosehill Gardens
- Sat 17 Oct – Royal Randwick
- Sat 24 Oct – Royal Randwick
- Sat 31 Oct – Rosehill Gardens
- Tue 3 Nov – Royal Randwick
- Sat 7 Nov – Rosehill Gardens

What you’ll bring
- Current NSW RSA certification
- Experience in a large-scale function or restaurant environment
- Solid service skills — setting tables, wine service, carrying and clearing multiple plates
- Strong communication and a outstanding manner with customers
- A quick, willing learner with high standards of grooming and presentation
