About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move quick while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to develop and execute proactive strategies for managing committees across Australia. You'll make sure we follow important legislation and regulations, keep board members informed of their legal responsibilities, and maintain company records.

What you'll be doing
- Providing expert governance support to boards and committees in Australia, including the preparation of agendas, circulation of committee packs, and drafting of minutes
- Influencing and communicating effectively at the board and executive level,
ensuring preparation of timely and high-quality materials
- Helping to ensure that processes are aligned across the company
- Drafting board and shareholder resolutions
- Ensuring statutory registers are kept and filings are made with ASIC
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial role
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as law, business, or a professional company secretarial certification
- Solid team skills and the ability to build excellent relationships at the executive level
- Experience in board support with the ability to manage board and committee meetings Knowledge of corporate governance requirements in Australia and the Corporations Act
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Resilience and the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance entrepreneurial environment
