Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented React Developer to build and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The successful candidate will develop user-facing features, optimize application performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and scalable front-end solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing reusable React components, translating UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces, integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, optimizing application speed and scalability, debugging and resolving technical issues, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The React Developer will participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and application architecture.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to work in an Agile development environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and user requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern Java Script (ES6+) development.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and responsive web design principles.

- Experience developing reusable, modular, and maintainable React components.

- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar solutions.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.

- Knowledge of Type Script is an advantage.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Understanding of front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar technologies.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools is an advantage.

- Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with the capacity to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

- Commitment to writing clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code while continuously learning emerging front-end technologies.
