Perth Hospitality Supplies is expanding, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing team at our Joondalup showroom.

This is more than a retail role. You’ll work with café owners, restaurants, hotels, caterers, schools, aged care facilities, clubs and hospitality professionals, helping them source everything from premium crockery and glassware to cookware, barware, uniforms and commercial kitchen essentials.

About the Role

- As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play an key role in creating an outstanding showroom experience while supporting sales across multiple channels.
- Your day may include:
- Assisting customers in our modern showroom.
- Helping customers select the right commercial hospitality products for their business.
- Processing quotations, sales orders and invoices.
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and online.




- Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM.
- Working closely with our wider sales team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Supporting showroom presentation and merchandising.

- No two days are the same, with customers ranging from cafés and restaurants through to hotels, schools, hospitals and commercial kitchens across Western Australia.

About You

- You’ll be someone who enjoys talking with customers, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a busy environment.
- Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Previous experience in commercial hospitality supplies, tableware, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchenware, foodservice equipment or a hospitality-related industry (highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence in learning new systems and managing multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to provide solutions rather than process sales.
