Job Description
Life in the fast lane
As our Infrastructure & Logistics Coordinator, you will be joining the Infrastructure team who make up part of the Operations Department.
This is a 8 month fixed term position, based at our Head Office in St Kilda.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure & Logistics, you will be responsible the coordination of project interface deliverables including infrastructure planning, dilapidation reporting and financial administration during the build and dismantle phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily interface with project stakeholders during the construction and dismantle of each event.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the engineering project manager with respect to site access provisions, working arrangements and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with AGPC’s storage facility to ensure constant communications with the relevant site.
- Support the stakeholder communications process for event build related communications including venue tenants and other primary stakeholders.
- Collate infrastructure requirements, processing of invoices and maintain budgeting tools.
- Update and distribute event collateral as directed.
- Liaise with key project stakeholders including Parks Victoria, Phillip Island Operations and AGPC landlords.
What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications in event management or business preferred.
- Experience working in major event operations.
- Experience working in business administration preferred.
- A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain.
