The Role
The Operations Processing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting warehouse processing operations, including lineal processing, scheduling, stock optimisation, and inventory control .
This position is responsible for ensuring effective material flow, accurate stock management,
and optimal use of offcuts , while maintaining strong operational and safety standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Required - LF Forklift Licence (or higher)
- Strong computer literacy and IT skills
- Intermediate logistics and coordination skills
- Experience working with databases and inventory systems
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and storage systems
- Exposure to stainless steel products (desirable)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage processing work orders
- Coordinate inventory scheduling and provisioning
- Maintain accurate inventory records and storage systems
- Manage stock levels and offcut utilisation
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Support processing activities
- Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices
