In-Home Care Carer

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Promote independence and dignity, enabling clients to live life to the fullest.
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals who share a passion for care.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of clients while upholding the highest standards of care.

Essential Criteria

- Experience in aged care, community care or disability support.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care,



Community Services or a related qualification.
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current Australian working rights.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Reliable car.
- Genuine passion for helping others and a caring, compassionate nature.
- Commitment to supporting older people to live independently and with dignity.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Reliability, honesty and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
