About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Retail Manager to lead front-of-shop operations and drive business growth at a high-volume community pharmacy located in a busy South-East Melbourne shopping centre.

In this role, you will take complete ownership of retail performance by coordinating daily workflows, managing rosters and annual leave, implementing dynamic merchandising, overseeing promotional calendars, and handling inventory, invoicing, and supplier representative visits. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team while championing exceptional customer service to foster strong community relationships.
