PRD Real Estate Dapto is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Associate to work directly alongside Cliff McGrath, Dapto’s leading agent. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales while learning from a proven, high-performing agent.

This position will suit either an experienced real estate sales assistant looking to join a top-performing team, or a driven individual ready to begin a long-term career in real estate sales with strong mentorship and training.

The Role

This is a sales-focused position where your primary responsibility will be assisting with prospecting, buyer management, and supporting the listing and sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting for new business including calls, door knocking and database engagement
• Assisting with listing presentations and preparing properties for market
• Hosting and assisting with open homes and private inspections
• Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining strong buyer relationships
• Supporting negotiations and the sales process through to settlement




• Assisting with marketing preparation and campaign support

This role offers significant exposure to the full sales cycle, providing valuable experience for those looking to build a long-term career in real estate.

What We’re Looking For

• Assistant Agent Certificate (essential)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of motivation and drive to succeed
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work Saturdays (essential in real estate sales)
• Robust organisational and time management skills
• Real estate experience preferred but not essential
