About the role
Advance Motion is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. We are looking for a team member at full-time or part-time capacity (pro-rata at ~30+ hours per week).
You will deliver mobile exercise physiology services across Perth. The role offers flexibility and autonomy while being part of a supportive team.

We are a growing mobile exercise physiology business providing services across Perth. Our diverse caseload includes NDIS, My Aged Care, Workers’ Compensation/Motor Vehicle Insurance, DVA, Medicare, paediatrics/youth, and clients managing chronic disease and injuries. We also deliver group exercise classes for adults, seniors, and people living with disability.
What you'll be doing
- Provide one-on-one evidence-based exercise interventions across a diverse range of client groups and referral pathways, including NDIS, Aged Care, Chronic Disease, Workers’ Compensation/Motor Vehicle Insurance, Paediatrics/Youth, DVA, and Medicare.
- Deliver group exercise classes including Senior Strength and Balance Classes, Falls Prevention Classes, and Mat Pilates. Experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
- Deliver mobile services in client homes, gyms, parks, and community settings.
- Collaborate with referrers, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals.
What we're looking for
- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Reliable, qualified, and passionate about helping clients improve health, function, and independence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
