An established developer-builder is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join the delivery team on a $40M integrated healthcare and commercial development based in Gosford.

Currently in the structural phase, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager on a technically challenging multi-storey concrete project, with a business that has a strong pipeline of work across healthcare, education and commercial developments.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day running of site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily work activities.
- Drive productivity and ensure works are progressing in line with programme.
- Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to specification.
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote a positive safety culture.
- Liaise with supervisors, engineers and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Assist with site inspections,



defect management and project handover.

About You

To be successful, you'll demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Leading Hand on commercial, residential, education or healthcare projects.
- Trade-qualified background preferred.
- Robust understanding of concrete structures and general building methodology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain programme.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
