As part of our Client Services South West Region team within Home Care Services, your rostering and scheduling expertise will help connect Direct Care Workers and nurses with older people who rely on timely, reliable support at home and in their local communities. You’ll be the calm, organised voice on the phone, balancing competing priorities, supporting case managers, clients and field staff, and keeping information accurate so quality care can happen smoothly every day.

Role details:
- Full-Time Fixed Term Parental Leave Cover until December 2027
- Office based in Ballarat
About you
- Rostering and scheduling experience, ideally in aged care or disability services.
- Knowledge of the South West Region corridors to support practical, efficient rosters.
- Strong organisation, administration and attention to accurate, timely information.
- Ability to manage phone calls, emails and rostering priorities in a busy environment.
- Client-focused approach, with a commitment to excellent service for clients, families and field staff.
- Logical, solutions-focused mindset when resolving rostering challenges.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn rostering and client management systems, including Carelink+.
- Knowledge of CHSP, HACC guidelines and the My Aged Care Portal, or willingness to learn.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Victorian Driver's License
It would be great if you also have
- A Certificate IV in Aged Care, Community Services or an equivalent qualification.
