ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a well established residential builder with a strong reputation for quality across high end custom homes and boutique apartment developments. They run a tight team, take on work they can do properly, and have a solid pipeline ahead of them. This is a business that cares about how things are built, not just how fast.

THE ROLE
They are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of projects from start through to handover. You will be running the site day to day, coordinating trades, keeping the program on track and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. There is a mix of work coming up including high end homes and an apartment project, so this suits someone who wants variety rather than the same build over and over.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Running sites day to day from start through to handover
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and consultants
- Managing and maintaining the construction program
- Booking and managing inspections and certifiers
- Liaising with clients, architects and engineers on site
- Managing quality control, defects and final handover
- Keeping WHS standards and site documentation up to date




- Solving problems on site before they hold up the program

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

- Solid experience supervising high end residential or apartments
- Trade background, carpentry preferred
- Cert IV in Building or a builder's licence is well regarded
- Track record of secure, longer term roles rather than short stints
- Comfortable running complex builds with tricky detailing
- Good communicator who can front clients and consultants
- Strong understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards
- Someone who takes pride in the finish
