E-Commerce Coordinator (Onsite)

Are you a savvy digital operator with a passion for sales and customer service?
Wildwood Aluminium are an up-and-coming trade business specialising in the retrofitting of new aluminium windows and doors for homeowners and renovators alike. As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to expand into online retail sales.
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to help drive our web sales, manage product listings, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Store & Merchandising
- Manage and optimise our online store to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency
- Oversee all ecommerce processes, including order fulfilment, inventory management, product content, and customer service
- Manage inventory purchasing and logistics with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Analyse ecommerce data to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making
Website Maintenance & Optimisation
- Ensure the ongoing functionality and performance of our online store
- Plan and execute CRO initiatives to improve CR, AOV, LTV, and upsell performance
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute on-site promotions
- Collaborate with management to develop and launch landing pages
- Manage and maintain apps and integrations
- Ensure accurate tracking, data flows, and platform integrations
- Keep website content up to date across promotions, product launches, and pricing
Content Production & Blog
- Collaborate with SEO agencies and content writers to maintain a consistent publishing schedule
- Plan and manage content production.
Email & SMS Marketing
- Work with management to deliver monthly promotions aligned with the overall strategy
- Monitor and optimise key CRM metrics to maintain list health and performance
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
Business Growth & Optimisation
- Collaborate with management to expand into new markets and launch new products
- Identify and implement tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends across UX/UI, merchandising, and ecommerce strategy
About You:
- Minimum 2 years+ previous experience in ecommerce or online retail sales (Experience in the construction industry a plus, but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using web platforms, CRMs, and basic image editing tools.
Working arrangement:
- Part-time employment (Initially)
- 2-3 days per week to start
- You will work closely with business management, with the opportunity to take on more ownership of the Online Sales department over time.
