Belles is an American-diner style casual restaurant and bar founded by two fine dining chefs and a maitre d in Fitzroy 10-years ago. Now with 7 busy restaurants between Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, people know us for our now infamous hot chicken, easy-drinking booze, soulful tunes and super warm service.

While on the surface we may appear like another great neighbourhood restaurant or chicken joint, at Belles it's all the 1%-ers that set us apart. Like our full table service, live-streaming DJ radio, Belles Original Draught on tap and the obsession we have with our guest experience!

Our Melbourne restaurants are SUPER busy, high-energy, high-vibe spots - and right now we're looking for front of house pros and team leaders. We have full-time, part-time and casual available - day and night (but not too late), all days of the week!

Table service experience is required, a genuine love for looking after people, great (and we mean great!!) banter and a love of superior fried chicken required! Our people take what they do, but not themselves seriously - and have a load of fun in our fast-paced, high-energy services.
