Requirements

The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who's naturally curious and enjoys understanding what drives business performance.

As Finance Analyst, you'll work across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, helping stakeholders make better informed decisions while developing a strong foundation in commercial finance.

You'll join our Finance Planning, Analysis & Commercial team and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to help explain financial performance and support decision making. Along the way, you'll gain broad exposure to different functions and develop a deeper understanding of how a growing FMCG business operates.

In this role you'll:

• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial reporting, analysis and support
• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting activities
• Analyse business performance and identify key risks and opportunities
• Develop reporting tools, models and dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting




• Help stakeholders better understand the story behind the numbers

Your Experience

We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with and providing key insights to stakeholders as much as they enjoy analysing numbers.

You'll likely have 2-5 years' experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis and be looking for an opportunity that offers greater exposure, ownership and development. You may already be studying towards your CPA or CA, or planning to commence in the near future.

You'll bring strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across different parts of the business. Just as importantly, you'll have a continuous improvement mindset and a genuine desire to learn.

You'll thrive in this role if you're:

• Curious and interested in understanding the story behind the numbers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Motivated by finding smarter and more efficient ways of working
• Eager to learn, grow and broaden your commercial finance capability

FMCG experience and Power BI exposure will be highly regarded, but they're not essential. What matters most is your appetite to learn and your desire to make an impact.
