SHAPE is a leading national fitout and construction services specialist. Our Brisbane team delivers complex fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across commercial, education, health, aged care, transport, entertainment and recreation sectors.

You’ll play a key role in:
Supporting the safe, profitable and timely delivery of projects within our high-performing Brisbane team. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients and subcontractors to keep project information, coordination and commercial processes moving.

- Support Project Managers with subcontracts, invoices, cost reports, cash flow forecasts and project programmes
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work quality against project requirements
- Manage RFIs, meeting minutes, drawings, registers and subcontract amendments
- Help maintain project progress, risk, quality, contract and defect-close-out records
- Support safety audits, environmental monitoring and reporting of hazards and near misses

What you’ll bring:
You’ll be organised, proactive and ready to build your project delivery capability in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. With a strong eye for detail and a practical approach, you’ll help deliver reliable outcomes across a diverse portfolio of Brisbane projects.

- A Construction-related degree or diploma




- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or cadet/graduate position
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Project
- Familiarity with project management systems such as JOBPAC and Procore
- A respectful, accountable approach to building strong relationships
- Energy, adaptability and a positive team mindset
