Position Available: META-FINTECH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (Xing's Sushi & Noodle) is currently seeking friendly and dedicated full-time waiters to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet and seat customers – Welcome guests warmly, guide them to tables, and provide menus. Direct takeaway customers to the order counter and assist with their needs.

Take orders and offer suggestions – Accurately record food and drink orders (sushi, noodle dishes, etc.). Recommend popular items and advise on spice levels, portion sizes, or dietary options when asked. 3. Serve food and clear tables – Deliver dishes promptly to dine-in guests and pack takeaway orders correctly.

Clear used plates and cutlery, wipe down tables, and keep the dining area tidy throughout the shift. 4. Handle customer enquiries and complaints – Answer questions about ingredients or wait times. Resolve minor issues (e.g., incorrect orders) calmly and professionally; escalate serious matters to the manager.

5. Process payments – Use the POS system to take cash, card, or mobile payments. Issue receipts, give correct change, and balance the cash drawer at shift end. 6. Maintain cleanliness and stock – Replenish napkins, sauce bottles, chopsticks, and takeaway containers.

Follow WA food safety regulations, sanitise high-touch areas, and ensure a clean, hygienic front of house environment. Requirements: 1. At least one (1) year of full-time (38 hours per week) experience as a waiter, gained within the last five (5) years.
