Currently, we are seeking to employ a full time Recruitment Consultant - Recent Business to work from our South - Western Sydney Office. About the Position You will be working as a part of our Operations Team.

The main duties of the role are but not limited to: managing a portfolio of current Clients, new business development, collating and executing sales leads, building and maintaining authentic Client relationships, attending Client Site Visits, pre-starts and tool box talks and other duties as required. Managing the end to end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, to interviewing,



compliance checks and deployment. Selection Criteria:

Great sales experience. Competent business development skills. Customer Service skills (written and verbal).

Recruitment experience is a mandatory requirement. Drivers License and own transport (our office is not accessible via public transport). Able to pass a pre - employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.

Able to obtain Police Check. Benefits Attractive salary + incentive program.
