Site Supervisor - Formwork The Company Randstad are exclusively partnering with an exciting and expanding concrete structures and civil contractor based in Melbourne's Southeast.

You are an experienced formwork supervisor with practical knowledge delivering concreting, steel fixing, carpentry, civil/industrial plumbing, and excavation packages of work. You lead your crews by example You coach and mentor junior staff

Your attention to quality & safety is uncompromising Use of Procore is a nice to have You are competent using computer programs

Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct the concrete construction team, including sub-contractors and trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship at all times. Be the on-site leader for safety, strictly adhering to all WHS regulations and client OHS policies.

Complete and close out Work Permits and required OHS documentation. Drive a proactive site culture taking genuine pride in delivering quality works.





Act as the primary on-site contact for the client, contractors, and deliveries. Liaise effectively with clients, internal management, administration, and trades. Plan construction works, contribute to the construction program, and ensure the project follows the schedule as closely as possible.

Organise materials (including ordering concrete/quarry products) and sub-contractors in a timely manner to maintain workflow. Complete daily pre-start forms and site diaries with descriptive notes. Log employee / sub-contractor hours and deliveries.

Upload site photos and enter delay details. Complete Incident Reports and ITP's (Inspection and Test Plans) as required. Access and update programs, drawings, and documents.
