Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing an existing temporary pool of placed candidates
- Taking job briefs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates and liaising with clients throughout the sourcing process
- Reviewing applications and phone screening potential candidates
- Using your initiative to source high-quality candidates in very short time frames
- Conducting regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates
- Conducting reference checks and updating the CRM

Business Development;

- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Building a strong business development strategy to target and win key clients
- Sourcing and following leads to make calls to drive new business development
- Meeting existing and prospective clients to drive business growth

This is a 360-degree consultant role focused on the recruitment of temporary candidates within business support, HR, Marketing, and project support. We work with a number of industry sectors including education, health, commercial and FMCG. About
