We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Clerk to join our team in Wingfield on a permanent part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing efficient administrative support.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Creating and issuing customer invoices
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- General administrative and office support
- Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries
- Filing and document management
- Assisting with Work Health and Safety (WHS) administration (desirable)
- Other general office duties as required
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration or office role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting software (desirable)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge or experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
will be highly regarded but is not essential
