About the Role

This is a hands-on field service position supporting mining operations across WA. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing drill rigs and a range of heavy mining equipment in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability

- Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out timely repairs





- Troubleshooting performance issues and identifying effective solutions

- Assessing machinery condition to ensure optimal operation

- Maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards

- Collaborating with team members to maximise equipment uptime and site productivity

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Strong experience in mining equipment and maintenance

- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults

- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment or mining machinery

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- A solid understanding of safety requirements within mining or heavy industry environments

- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Heavy Duty Mechanic or equivalent)

- Previous mining experience (highly regarded)

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
