IE Services APAC Pty Ltd (IE APAC) is the Asia Pacific arm of the Intersoft Electronics Group (IE Group), focused on delivering products and services for Radar and other Communication Navigation Surveillance (CNS) systems for civil and military customers worldwide. the APAC Canberra office is the HQ for our sub-entities in South Korea and India.

Whilst the IE APAC team is currently <10 people, we are well supported by the global presence of almost 500 people across the IE Group, plus our partnership network across APAC.

We specialise in delivering ground-based and drone-based Test & Evaluation products and services, designed to evaluate the performance of radars and navigational aids. In addition, IE APAC also acts as a systems integrator delivering surveillance sensor and monitoring solutions, and we are active in R&D; for emerging capabilities.

About the Role

As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for a capable, hands-on operator to help run, support and enhance the day-to-day business across multiple disciplines including:

- Business process management,

- Customer Relationship Management,

- Project and task coordination,

- Human Resources,

- Finance and accounts,

- Procurement and logistics, and

- Health Safety Environment & Quality

- General office management and admin

Given the nature of our work,



the successful candidate must hold or be able to obtain an Australian Government (AGSVA) security clearance.

About You

This well-mentored and supported position will suit anyone that enjoys working with a energetic team of engineers and technicians, looking to help a company grow within the aviation sector across the Asia Pacific. As an engineering and ISO 9001/45001/14001 certified company, regulatory compliance is at the core of everything we do. You must be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience around this.

Whilst you may not necessarily have significant experience across all business operations disciplines, we need you to demonstrate where your experience and strengths are and what areas you would need more guidance initially. Within a small team, this role requires certain levels of experience in management, whilst also performing some general administrative support tasks. Those that have worked in defence or manufacturing industries would be of advantage.

You need to be highly proficient in typical business tools such as MS O365 suite. Experience in CRM tools, especially Odoo, would be very advantageous.
