What success looks like in your first 90 days





- You’ll be working with a motivated crew that delivers quality without compromising timelines.

- You’ll communicate confidently with clients and complete tidy, professional handovers.

- You’ll lift crew capability through coaching, standards and setting the pace on-site.

- You’ll be across our systems, scheduling and safety processes and contributing ideas for improvements.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead and coordinate daily work for a crew of landscape technicians and labourers

- Deliver high‑quality landscaping and artificial turf installations

- Manage client communication and expectations

- Ensure safe operations and robust compliance on every site

- Train, mentor and develop your crew

- Assist with pricing, planning, and site preparation

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation

- Represent TigerTurf at industry networking events, trade shows and supplier visits

- Support the delivery of key projects with occasional weekend work when required to meet client schedules or critical deadlines

What we need from you

Non‑negotiables

- Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction or turf

- Proven ability to coordinate crews and deliver projects on time





- Strong understanding of site safety and HSEQ standards

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- White Card

- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example

Nice to have

- Qualifications in landscaping, horticulture or a related field

- Plant/machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer, etc.)

- Experience with artificial turf installations

- Experience in sportsfield, school, or commercial environments
