SAP Project Coordinator – Deployment & Rollout Program (SAP / WMS)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a large-scale, multi-site deployment program delivering warehouse, supply chain and operational technology solutions across multiple locations.

Working closely with the Deployment Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating rollout activities, managing site readiness, engaging operational stakeholders and helping ensure successful deployment outcomes across warehouse, distribution, logistics and operational environments.

This is a highly visible role within a complex transformation program and would suit someone who has experience supporting deployments, rollouts or implementations across warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, mining, utilities or other asset-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end coordination of deployment and rollout activities across multiple sites
- Work closely with the Deployment Manager to ensure project and rollout milestones are achieved
- Coordinate activities across business, IT, operational teams, vendors and delivery partners
- Manage rollout schedules, site readiness assessments and deployment planning
- Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and action items
- Support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting and governance artefacts
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, communications and change activities
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to support successful deployment outcomes

About You

You are a highly organised Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst,



Deployment Coordinator or Implementation Coordinator with experience supporting large-scale projects and operational rollouts.

Essential Experience

- Previous experience within a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Support Officer or similar role
- Experience supporting deployment, rollout, implementation or transformation programs
- Strong coordination, planning and tracking skills
- Experience using Jira, MS Project or similar project management tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project workplace
- Comfortable working across both business and technical teams

Highly Regarded
- Experience within warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, distribution centres or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP or operational technology implementations
- SAP experience, including SAP EWM, SAP WM, SAP S/4HANA or other supply chain solutions
- Experience supporting multi-site rollouts, deployment programs or site-based implementations
- Exposure to cutover planning, go-live support and hypercare activities
- Experience working with operational stakeholders across warehouses, manufacturing plants, mining sites, utilities or asset-intensive environments
