We are experiencing a surge in our project pipeline and are looking for a collection of Perth-based Business Analysts & Senior Business Analysts to support a diverse range of upcoming initiatives.

We have multiple workstreams kicking off in the next few weeks.

Responsibilities include:

- Understanding the Business strategy relevant to the portfolio.

- Identifying and executing Digital improvement opportunities.

- Liaise with Digital customers to identify opportunities, risks and understand business needs.

- Conduct initial impact analysis, identify key stakeholders.

- Work with the stakeholders to ensure initiatives are in-line with client’s functional strategy.





- Facilitate initial requirements gathering workshop(s) and query business motivations for an initiative.

- Clarifying current and target state business outcomes.

- Identify, analyse and assess business processes, practices and procedures.

- Map out high-level persona-based requirements, assumptions, risks and in scope vs out of scope aspects related to an initiative.

- Challenge business and Digital assumptions to maximise the value of technology investments.

What You’ll Bring

- A proven track record as a Business Analyst within complex corporate, enterprise, or industrial environments.

- Strong competency across standard BA methodologies.

- The ability to engage with both technical engineering teams and corporate business units.

- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for translating complex data structures or business problems into explicit technical requirements.
