Specialist Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon Dr Dilip Gahankari OAM, invites a Fellow Plastic Surgeon to join Advanced Aesthetics, his well-established Gold Coast practice. The position offers flexibility and can be shaped to suit the right candidate. The opportunityThis is a chance to step into an established practice rather than build from scratch. The incoming surgeon will enjoy a healthy balance of reconstructive, cosmetic and skin surgery, alongside a mature referral network, immediate operational support, and the freedom to shape their own clinical profile, case mix and operating commitments. Arrangements can be tailored to suit the candidate's goals and will be discussed confidentially. The practiceBuilt over more than 22 years of consistent surgical practice, Advanced Aesthetics holds a strong reputation across plastic, reconstructive, cosmetic and skin cancer surgery. The clinic welcomes more than 400 current patients each year and operates across accredited private hospitals on the Gold Coast.An experienced multidisciplinary team, practice management,



a patient coordination team, registered nurses and qualified dermal clinicians support a full service offering. The candidateApplicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Plastic Surgery and be eligible for private hospital accreditation.
