We’re on the lookout for a reliable, energetic Kitchen Hand to join our team at Common Grounds Corner Cafe. Located in the heart of the community, Common Grounds is a busy suburban café known for great coffee, friendly faces, and a welcoming atmosphere.

About the role:

You’ll work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep things running smoothly. This includes:

- Assisting with basic food prep

- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

- Washing dishes and equipment





- Helping with stock rotation and deliveries

- Supporting the team during busy service periods

What we’re looking for:

- A team player with a positive attitude

- Someone who works well under pressure and takes pride in their work

- Reliability and attention to detail

- Experience in a café or kitchen environment preferred, but not essential — we’ll provide training for the right person
