Sales Consultant - Contiki
Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid) or Remote (must be located in Australia or New Zealand)
Work type: Full-time, 5 days per week - your roster will always either Saturday or Sunday, with the remaining three shifts falling on weekdays; shifts can be between 7 am and 10 pm. Please note we are open to part time as long as the weekend shifts are covered.
Contiki has been getting 18-35s out into the world since 1962 - real trips, real people, no cookie-cutter itineraries. We're growing our Contact Centre team and looking for a Sales Consultant who gets what it's like to want to see the world and knows how to turn that excitement into a booking.
You'll spend your days talking to people who are genuinely pumped about travel - and helping them say yes to it.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective guests via phone, email and chat, guiding them through their trip planning
- Convert warm leads into bookings using a consultative, no-pressure approach
- Own your sales pipeline in Salesforce - track follow-ups, log activity, drive conversions
- Recommend the right trip for the right traveller across both B2C and B2B channels
- Hit your KPIs for sales, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction
- Bring energy to the team - share wins, swap tips, help everyone level up
- Stay on top of Contiki's trip range, promotions, and travel trends
- Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
What You'll Bring
- A natural drive to close sales and hit targets

- Confidence working with CRM systems
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bonus: experience in travel, contact centres, or consultative sales
- Availability during peak sales windows, including evenings (after 5 pm) and weekends, is essential
