Key Responsibilities
- Support the Property Management team with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Coordinate routine inspections and assist with leasing administration
- Respond professionally to landlord and tenant enquiries
- Prepare documentation and maintain accurate property records
- Learn the fundamentals of residential property management from an experienced team
Key Requirements
- Live locally or have solid knowledge of the surrounding Stonnington area
- Hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold a current Victorian driver's licence
- Friendly, professional and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
