Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $34.51 – $39.24 per hour

Busy Bees at Baldivis South seeks a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will lead the daily learning program within your room, support educators, and create a protected and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and implementation of a high‑quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
- Inspire and mentor educators within your room.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
- Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‑based experiences.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Current Working with Children Check for WA.
- Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- A genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
