Responsibilities

- Flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons and sleep/wakeovers.
- Empower people to reach their goals.
- Supportive, team‑oriented culture with training and peer guidance.
- Deliver personalised support that builds independence.
- Assisting with personal care and daily living.
- Supporting social activities and skill development.
- Building positive relationships with participants and families.
- Maintaining accurate records and protected practices.

Qualifications

- You have experience in disability.
- No experience, no problem — we can train the right person!
- You think creatively and thrive in a collaborative team environment.




- You are calm and confident in supporting people with complex behaviours.

Must Haves

- Able to work all hours across the day.
- Vaccinated against Covid‑19.
- Clear relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History Record Check).
- Provide 2 references.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
