Requirements
- Availability to work Thursday–Monday, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
- Experience in premium hospitality or fine dining, high volume restaurants.
- Currently holding, or willing to obtain, a Victorian RSA – training provided.
- Adherence to grooming standards and unrestricted working rights within Australia.
