Job Overview
We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team. You will work various shifts including morning, afternoon, and night across the week in a safe, home‑like workplace.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting day‑to‑day tasks such as eating and social activities
- Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
- Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised
- Providing high quality service to families and the community
Qualifications
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Preference for PCAs who have completed medication‑competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- A reliable team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
