A commercially minded Finance Manager to support strategic program delivery through high-quality analysis, reporting, and financial insight for a 12-month parental leave contract.

What You’ll Do

- Join our Group Finance team within Strategic Finance Projects and Enterprise Services, supporting key strategic programs that drive business improvement. Provide accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and analysis to enable informed decision making across the organisation.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of business cases to senior stakeholders, including building robust financial models to evaluate costs and benefits.
- Deliver monthly, half year, and annual reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and insights are clear, actionable, and aligned to broader organisational outcomes.
- Partner closely with program managers and Finance stakeholders to track performance, manage risks, and identify opportunities that support Stockland’s long term strategy.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or accounting roles
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Proven experience supporting business cases and decision making
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- CA or CPA qualification, or working towards completion
