We’re looking for a motivated Radiographer to join our Dalby team on a full‑time or part‑time basis. This role is suitable for experienced clinicians, early‑career Radiographers, or recent graduates eager to build confidence and expand their skill set in a supportive regional setting.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality diagnostic imaging, including X‑ray and CT, ensuring excellent patient care and image quality at all times. Structured CT training and ongoing mentorship will be provided for junior Radiographers and graduates.
You’ll also be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, while enjoying autonomy and professional growth in a regional practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality X‑ray and CT imaging in line with clinical protocols.
- Participate in structured training and development, including CT upskilling for junior staff and graduates.
- Deliver safe, respectful, patient‑centred care at all times.
- Assist with interventional procedures where required.
- Uphold radiation safety standards (ALARA principles).
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Radiographer.
- Experience in General X‑ray (preferred).
- CT experience (highly regarded but not essential – training provided).
- Strong commitment to patient‑focused care and safety.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Valuable clinical judgement and problem‑solving skills.
- Full working rights in Australia.
