We are currently partnering with a respected Australian organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical business systems implementation.

This is a hands-on role suited to a delivery-focused Project Manager who can quickly embed within an existing environment, bring structure to a complex workstream, and drive outcomes across business and technology stakeholders. The project involves the expansion of an enterprise case management platform, implementation of associated digital forms, integration with supporting systems, and coordination of data migration, testing and business readiness activities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, ICT teams and external vendors, you will be responsible for ensuring the project remains on track, risks are effectively managed, and delivery milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of a business-critical case management system implementation.
- Manage project plans, schedules, governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, technology and vendor stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops to validate requirements, business processes and operational readiness.
- Manage system integration activities including webforms, APIs and middleware components.
- Oversee data migration activities including validation, reconciliation and business sign-off.




- Coordinate testing across integration, user acceptance and deployment phases.
- Drive implementation readiness, go-live planning and transition to operational support.
- Ensure security, privacy and compliance considerations are appropriately addressed throughout delivery.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software or business systems implementations.
- Strong project management capability across planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across both business and technology teams within complex delivery environments.
- Previous experience delivering case management, workflow, CRM, service delivery, regulatory or records management platforms.
- Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, middleware and data migration activities.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Solid communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities within tight delivery timeframes.
