Activations Manager | Brand Activations | Sydney

We're a Sydney creative activations agency working with some of the world's largest alcohol and hospitality brands. 17 years growing.

We're looking for an Activations Manager ready to step up and take real ownership of client work across two of our biggest global accounts.

What you'll be doing:

→ Day-to-day account management across a premium alcohol brand portfolio

→ Managing consumer promotions and brand activations from brief through to execution (incl dealing with creative, execution, legal / T&Cs; and fulfilment).

→ Owning timelines, budgets, approvals and reporting

→ Working alongside our design studio and production suppliers

→ Client facing role: presenting work, running WIPs, keeping projects moving

What you'll bring:





→ 2-4 years agency-side account experience (or agency-side production coordination)

→ FMCG, alcohol, hospitality or consumer background preferred

→ Excellent project management — you're organised, calm and never let the ball drop

→ Confident with clients, clear communicator, positive under pressure

→ A real interest in the alcohol, hospitality and on-premise space

→ Right to work in Australia
