About Baybridge Lawyers
Baybridge Lawyers is a premium law firm based in Sydney's CBD, with specialist expertise across corporate, franchising, property, criminal law, automotive, construction, and more. Work alongside some of the best in Sydney’s legal industry. We are building a marketing function that reflects the quality of our legal work, and this role is central to that build.
About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is a broad, hands-on role at the centre of Baybridge's marketing function, turning strategy into action across every channel. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, this person will take end-to-end ownership of execution across digital, content, campaigns, and CRM.
This role is initially the only marketing hire alongside the Head of Marketing & Brand, so it carries genuine variety from day one - spanning website, content and social, paid campaigns, CRM and lifecycle marketing, events, and BD support. As the team grows, this role is expected to take on more autonomy, with a clear pathway to Marketing Executive.
Based full-time in the Sydney CBD, this is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and plan. It's a role for someone who wants to build, execute, and see their work go live. We are seeking someone who is motivated by the chance to shape a function rather than slot into an established one.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Website
- Manage and update website content, working within the firm's brand and style guidelines.
- Coordinate digital efforts across channels and generate regular optimisation reports.
- Lead SEO/visibility monitoring and implement optimisation opportunities.
Content & Social
- Own the monthly content calendar across social, blog, and email channels.
- Write and edit content across formats - social posts, articles, email copy,
and partner thought leadership.
- Schedule and publish content, and monitor channels daily for engagement and opportunities.
- Source and format visual assets in Canva, and coordinate with the graphic design contractor as needed.
- Coordinate podcast production and any content collaborations.
Campaigns & Paid Media
- Assist with the launch and monitoring of paid media campaigns.
- Manage retargeting activity and maintain campaign performance dashboards.
- Compile performance data and insights for reporting.
CRM & Lifecycle
- Manage segments, workflows, and data hygiene within the CRM.
- Build and send lifecycle communications and automated campaigns.
- Support the ongoing development of lifecycle marketing programmes.
Awards, PR & Brand
- Coordinate award submissions and maintain the annual awards calendar.
- Support PR activity and liaise with the PR contractor where required.
- Produce content and assets within approved brand guidelines, escalating anything outside scope.
Events & BD Support
- Coordinate firm events and conference participation, including logistics, invitations, and RSVPs.
- Manage external suppliers for events.
- Support partner BD activity and referral partner touchpoints.
Contractor Liaison
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for external contractors (graphic design, web, PR, photography, videography), quality-checking deliverables before they reach the Head of Marketing & Brand.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services or B2B.
- Proven ability to execute independently across multiple channels – once established, you'll be trusted to run with things, not told step by step.
- Working knowledge of marketing generalist fundamentals, including search and social platforms.
- Strong writing skills and an eye for brand-consistent, polished content.
- Comfortable with tools such as Canva, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and any CRM platforms (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not required).
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and competing deadlines.
- A builder's mindset: energised by the chance to shape a function from an early stage.
- Strong email marketing experience is highly preferable. Hands-on work in tools like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or similar, including automation flows and nurture sequences, will set you apart.
What Baybridge Offers
- A genuinely broad, hands-on role at the centre of a growing firm's marketing build.
- Direct mentorship from, and daily collaboration with, the Head of Marketing & Brand.
- A true generalist role - exposure to the full marketing discipline, rather than a narrow slice of it.
- A clear progression path to Marketing Executive as the team and function scale.
- Brand-new designer offices in a premium Sydney CBD setting, with 5-star amenities.
- A workplace culture where the people are the reason you stay: supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in each other, not just the work.
- $75,000 - $85,000 + superannuation, commensurate with experience.
