Leading Health Solutions is an award-winning occupational therapy provider delivering community-based services throughout Canberra and Adelaide.

We support NDIS participants (aged 16 to end of life) living with physical, neurological, intellectual and developmental disabilities, alongside older Australians accessing My Aged Care services.

The Role





You’ll work with a diverse caseload across NDIS and My Aged Care , including:

- Assistive Technology prescription and trials
- Minor and complex Home Modifications
- Intervention and capacity building
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Cognitive and sensory assessments
- Clinical report writing
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

You will also have:

- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Any experience level welcome - salary dependent on experience
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS experience is highly regarded but not essential. New grads welcome to apply!
