You can step into an existing desk or build one with full support depending on your experience level.

Our training program

Every new consultant goes through a fully customised 4 to 6 month training program designed around your experience level and chosen market.

This is not generic recruitment training.

The program covers

- Market and niche immersion so you actually understand what you are recruiting for
- How to build and manage a desk properly from day one
- Client development strategies that work in specialist markets
- Advanced candidate management and qualification
- Real world fee negotiation and offer management
- Practical tools, systems and AI powered workflows used by top billers
- Ongoing weekly coaching and live desk support

Junior consultants get a structured foundation.



Senior and Principal consultants get targeted coaching to sharpen performance and scale faster.

Training continues well beyond the initial program with ongoing mentoring and support.
