Blossom App in Australia is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own customer engagement and retention. You’ll lead the lifecycle strategy from sign-up to long-term value and work with the Growth Lead to sharpen sequencing and push performance forward.

You’ll collaborate with two Growth teammates to design journeys, execute campaigns in Ortto, and build reporting that tracks funded conversion, retention and CLV across channels.
