About the role We’re seeking an experienced Food manufacturing Team Leader to join our team. You’ll be responsible for leading a team on our pastry and packaging lines, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving team performance. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and support a team to achieve daily and weekly production targets Maximise line efficiency and minimise downtime Troubleshoot production and machinery issues and escalate when required Maintain accurate production records and reporting Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and WHS standards Promote a safe, clean,



and high-performing work environment What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in food manufacturing or processing Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and WHS requirements Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Proficient in using production equipment and data tracking systems A passion for delivering high-quality products and a keen eye for detail Flexibility to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment What’s on offer Every week is a long weekend, work Monday to Thursday Work in a safe, airconditioned environment.
